Practically teak is the best wood for outdoor use as even the reconditioned varieties have very high oil content and naturally dense grain meaning any furniture made from it is naturally protected against the elements all year round. The seville rattan chairs the rattan fibres here are hand woven round sturdy but lightweight aluminium frames that will remain rust free with outdoor use.
