Note wood is a natural product and as such is subject to the moisture content of the air and ground. Sometimes cracks or splits may appear, but this will not result in weakening of structural stability. Warranty and maintenance all playcentre products carry a 10 year guarantee against rot and insect infestation on all timber sections. All ropes, accessories, slides, and faulty workmanship are guaranteed for one year. All playcentre products are ce marked. The products meet and exceed all british and european safety of toys standard bs 5665 en1. We strongly recommend that all fixings nuts and bolts are checked annually preferably at the beginning of spring for tightness, and all ropes and other fasteners checked for any decay and for general condition.
